What We Do at Outboard Tilt & Trim Repair & Rebuilds

All parts are priced as kits by our marine hydraulic experts. The following items are sold separately: Trim, Motors, Rams, Seals, Seal Caps, Paint, and Epoxy. We will disassemble, clean, and assess parts as needed for your outboard tilt and trim repair. The customer will receive an itemized list of Services Wanted, which will be emailed to you before we begin. Our services include Sand Blasting, Epoxy, Paint, Trim Motors, Caps, and Seals. As part of our rebuild service, we polish the old Rams to prevent future seal failure. We will disassemble, clean, reassemble, and test the unit before returning it to you.

Typically, you can expect a 2–5 day turnaround, even during our busiest seasons. We operate around the clock to ensure the process stays efficient, minimizing your downtime. 

We use specially manufactured seals that offer superior sealing performance and exceptional resistance to oxidation, UV exposure, fuel, and chemicals. Using premium materials like Viton and high-grade urethanes—often costing up to 15 times more than standard OEM seals—we invest in long-term durability rather than cutting corners.
